Daily Design Challenges
As someone who predominantly works as a researcher, I don't often have the opportunity to flex my design skills. I decided to do a Daily Design Challenge to showcase and develop my skills. Find my progress below and shout out if you see anything you like!

Day 1: Weather App Home Screen
My first challenge was to create the home screen for a weather app. I was given limited direction for the colour palette and font pairing, however, I did have some branding to use for inspiration. The home screen prioritises the most important information a user might need to view quickly at a glance. The colours are minimal and neutral, relying on the weather condition icons for a pop in colour.
Day 2:
My second challenge took the difficulty to the next level. I have little knowledge of crypto trading, however, I am close to a few people that have bought coins. My design was driven by what they told me and the exploratory research I conducted online. Additionally, I was given a colour palette and font pairing to use throughout.
Day 3:
Now entering my third challenge I feel like the cobwebs are slowly diminishing and I'm beginning to get the flair back. This challenge was exciting as I have used a lot of online learning platforms and I was eager to design something that improved upon past experiences. I focused on creating a quiet environment, using the contrast of the neutral tones to aid the user in reading and navigation.
